Welcome to the 2016 Dementia Care Providers Conference!

The Health Care Provider Conference Committee invites you to Rx for Dementia Care Providers on Saturday, March 5, 2015 at Howard University Hospital!

This conference, presented by the Alzheimer’s Association National Capital Area Chapter in partnership with Georgetown University and Howard University, is for clinicians and community service providers and will provide information on how practice and research come together to address challenges facing people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Continuing Education

5.0 CE credits approved by the District of Columbia Nursing Board

For all registered (licensed)  LPNs, RNs, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and RN Nurse Practitioners qualified through the DC Board of Nursing.

5.0 CEU credits awared by Howard University School of Social Work

5.50 CME credits offered

The Office of Continuing Medical Education designates each educational activity  for AMA PRA Category I Credits™
